Why is my token invalid?
A token may appear invalid for several reasons:
- It was entered incorrectly. Double-check for typos or missing characters.
- It has already been claimed by the recipient.
- It has expired and is no longer eligible to be claimed.
- It was deleted by the user who created the Promise.
If you believe the token should still work, check back with the person who shared it with you. Tokens are time-sensitive and can only be claimed once.
