Community Guidelines Tapkeen
The following community guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines") apply to the use of our "Tapkeen" platform on the website https://www.tapkeen.com, including the Tapkeen Android application and the Tapkeen iOS application (hereinafter referred to as "Tapkeen" or "Platform"), which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store (for Android) and the Apple Store (for iPhone).
Slimpeak supports and encourages direct communication and interaction between users within the framework of the usage guidelines and legal framework. These guidelines provide clear expectations for user behavior in order to create a safe, respectful, trustworthy, and positive online environment and experience for every user. They aim to minimize potential conflicts and promote the well-being of all users.

You are obliged to comply with laws and regulations in your posts and content. Refrain from any statements or activities that aim to harm other users or third parties, are untrue, dishonest, or misleading, or otherwise compromise the protection of other persons or third parties.
Sharing links that lead to unlawful, illegal, and/or questionable content is also prohibited.
Every user can be held accountable for their contributions, content, and activities on Tapkeen. We expressly point out that we will disclose your personal data to third parties or authorities if we are legally obliged to do so or have a legitimate reason for doing so.

Treat other users as you would like to be treated yourself. Personal attacks, insults, defamation, abuse, disparagement, provocation, bullying, statements damaging to reputation or business, and other hostility and derogatory statements of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Please formulate your posts and content in a manner that is generally understandable. The use of profanity, foul language, crude, ambiguous, or obscene language is prohibited.
Respect the opinions and views of others, even if you disagree with them.
Discuss matters objectively, respectfully, and without disparagement. Support your opinion with comprehensible reasoning, cite sources, and respond to other users' arguments on an objective level. Refrain from making unverifiable allegations or suspicions.
Constructive criticism is welcome if it is respectful, objective, and based on concrete arguments. If you have suggestions for improvement, please express them objectively and without reproach.
Posts or content that promote or contain hatred, discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of intolerance or misanthropy are prohibited.
We do not tolerate the promotion of violence or incitement to hatred against individuals or groups.
Personal attacks, stalking, or other forms of harassment are prohibited.
Threats of any kind, whether verbal or nonverbal, will not be tolerated.
Content that incites or promotes illegal activities (e.g., money laundering, fraud), violence, or self-harm (e.g., high-risk acts and challenges, eating disorders, suicide) is strictly prohibited. The same applies to sharing such content.
Do not publish personal information and personal data of others, such as addresses, telephone numbers, or other private data, without their express consent.
Be careful not to disclose any information about yourself or others that could put you or others at risk.
When you publish posts or content, please ensure that you are the legal author of this content or have been expressly authorized to do so by the legal author.
Furthermore, users may not engage in misleading representations of the identity or brand of another person or organization, or otherwise infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights (e.g., patent or design rights).
Posts or content that constitute deepfakes and are not labeled as such and violate applicable law are prohibited. Deepfakes are manipulated or digitally altered audio, video, or image works that depict a person, event, or scene in a way that is not real or did not occur and is therefore fake, deceptive, or misleading.
Unsolicited advertising, repeated posts with the same content, or spam are prohibited. Also prohibited are (advertising) content for/with alcohol, smoking substances, weapons, and medications and other drugs that claim to cure diseases. The use of Tapkeen for gambling and raffles is also prohibited.
When sharing a post that contains advertising, please ensure that it complies with community standards, is legal, and is clearly marked as advertising.
Do not post explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content that may be disturbing or upsetting to the community.
Ensure that all images and videos comply with general ethical and moral standards.
Our moderators ensure that users comply with these guidelines. They act impartially and respectfully toward all members of the community and handle all conflicts fairly and transparently.
We reserve the right to remove posts that violate these guidelines. There is no legal right to publication. Likewise, there is no legal right to have posts and content deleted, as the entire discussion tree would have to be deleted due to content dependency.
Furthermore, violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary exclusion, or permanent suspension of the account, depending on the severity of the incident.
In addition to these guidelines, all users must comply with Tapkeen's general Terms of Service and guidelines.
Should any provision of these guidelines be or become unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Unless otherwise agreed, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the provision and the intention of the parties at the time the contract was concluded. The same applies to any gaps in these guidelines.
Slimpeak may change or modify these guidelines at any time at its sole discretion and without justification. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance (e.g., via Tapkeen/email) before the changes take effect. By continuing to use Tapkeen, you accept the updated Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these or any updated Community Guidelines, you can delete your user account at any time.
